Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies under the following conditions:
- If you receive the wrong product.
- If you receive a damaged product.
To be eligible for a return, you must claim within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at info@advanxo.com
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: info@advanxo.com
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
